On demand HD shows

The sound drops out while watching a on demand show

Hello Ladyfox,

We understand you're having a issue with the sound dropping when trying to access on-demand. We can help with that.

This only occurs when watching on-demand or does it also happen when your watching regular programing?

Do you experience poor internet connections?

Have you tried rebooting the receiver?

I found out it happens on my wireless receiver watching on demand shows only. The main receiver in the bedroom works fine no problems. The only access to the house was in the bedroom so that is where the primary receiver is. The wireless receiver is in the living room. I have rebooted all receivers and gateway with no luck. The wireless receiver continues to act up. You can watch regular programming without problems just the on demand shows are affected for some reason. Haven’t had issues with Internet. If I hit the pause button while trying to watch on demand shows the sound comes back on for about 30 seconds then goes out again
