no on demand
Customer service, sales, customer loyalty all tell me there has been no change at all with on demand. They put me through to technical support and they tell me it's probably a contractual issue and can't do anything. I tried to switch to att tv, but the same programing I have now would go up $45 a month. Asked about directv one person told me it was available for our address (we had it previously for 14 years), yet when i went on line to order it I'm told it's not available for my address. Just once I'd like for someone at att to tell the truth. Obviously you have to pass a course on lying to keep your jobs. If you can't fix the problem by 8-27-20 I am done with att.
