NFL Channel

When are we getting NFL channel back? Thursday Night Football is starting soon.

Not having NFL Channel is going to cause me to start looking for another service provider.

Hello there, @JoeHamm.

The NFL Network,  as well as Red Zone, remains available to all fans on DirecTV, however we could not reach an agreement with the NFL to continue to carry these channels on U-verse TV so they were removed.

NFL coverage does remain available on CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, and Amazon, as well as their related websites and apps.

You're welcome to review TVpromise.com for any updates in the future.

ATT U-Verse:  I'm paying for the U-verse package that includes the NFL Channel.  I'm an avid NFL & Fantasy Football Fan and am outraged that I can't see some of my favorite NFL Programs to include Good Morning Football, A Football Life, and NFL Games, etc....

I would switch BACK TO Direct-TV but I don't have 'line of sight' for the dish.  You've taken away one of the most important channels to me yet my price hasn't gone down.  If Direct-TV is owned by AT&T and it has the NFL Channel,  why can't  AT&T negotiate the NFL Channel as a single package that MUST include U-verse TV and Direct TV?

If you are just saying 'Sorry U-Verse users, just couldn't negotiate the NFL Channel for you' and that's it, I am gonna seriously have to look to take my AT&T phone, wireless and TV package to another carrier.  I can't switch back to Direct-Tv (which I loved), so, I guess I'll have to look at Spectrum or whatever other option is out there.  That'll be a big inconvenience for me but, having my NFL Channel will make it worth it.

I agree with others who've referenced the EXCESSIVE cost of Uverse as it is, only to lose one of the channels most important to me.  I cannot, and should not, switch to a satellite service so I am left reviewing competitor packages.  Someone mentioned Spectrum and I'm also speaking to Verizon about their Fios service.  I'm certain I can solve this problem without the assistance of AT&T.  It's pathetic that this is how a company chooses to treat a valuable customer of over 20 years.  Complete and utter lack of customer service.  Follow me out the door gang!!!!!

I'll be switching to the Dish Network as my TV and Internet service.  I'm paying lil over 200$ a month for both, and AT&T can't negotiate a contract with NFL network. GTF out of here with that crap. Does my rate go down after AT&T dropped the NFL network? Inquiring Minds want to know!

Thanks for all the support out there but, bottom line, we all just want what we are paying for.  Apparently, we are avid NFL Fans and this is crushing.  I can't even see a game tonight.  It's "Thursday Night Football" for c----- sake.  I really appreciate the suggestion above about this 'Sling' app.  But, what I really want is access to what I am paying for vs something that I sign up for, use for a while and then say, sorry, thanks but sign me off. The NFL Channel and all the programs on the NFL Channel that true NFL Fans and NFL Fantasy Fans cherish is what we expect from AT&T.

Thanks for the support you all.  I'm not at all familiar with what else is out there because I never thought I'd have my most favorite channel just gone when the NFL Season is in full swing. We are already in to Week 3!!! I've got to get NFL but in a package deal that includes phone, wireless and TV.  I'm gonna have my NFL.

I just wanted to tip you off, if you switch to Dish, they dropped all the fox sports regional networks in late July, baseball season is almost over, but if your basketball team or hockey team plays on a fox sports regional network , come this fall and winter , you will be out of luck

Turned tv on tonight to watch football and could not find the game.  My husband and I are totally frustrated that we’re not able to watch Thursday Night football which we look forward to every Thursday.  It’s too early in the season for us not being able to watch Thursday night football.  Will start looking early tomorrow morning for other satelllite networks. I can’t believe AT&T U-Verse would treat their customers this way.
