this set box does not match account settings error. it was supposed to be activated on the 21st but we just recieved it today

We are delighted to help @DonnaH_1969, with connecting your new receiver.
Please, try unplugging your gateway, DVR and the box, then reconnect the gateway, DVR and box in that order, letting each one fully restart
If that does not connect your new receiver, please respond back to us and we will review your account to make sure it is provision for your network.
