Movie keeps pausing & unpausing

I’ve rented 2 on demand movies & the

first one played just great this morning but now the other one stops & pauses every 10 min - it is so frustrating!!!

Could you let us know what type of DVR you have, as well as how it's currently connected to your internet (Wi-Fi, or Ethernet cable)? Using this information, we can help you figure out the next steps to take so you can enjoy your movie.

Our DVR is 

ATT_Motorola_AP_5976BA 

we have WiFi through broadband Ethernet connection
