Why should I have to lose the channels that I'm paying for service we need to get this worked out so that we can go back to watching and just some of the program that we were watching

Me too and still on hold on phone. Been1/2 so far
Same problem here. No locals at all. Dont even show up in the guide.
was on hold for over an hour to find out they are having issues. it should be up in 24 to 48 hours.

No local channels this am. Resetting now. Waiting to see if that works. That worked
my local channels are gone why ?
Locals gone in Watertown, SD too. Resetting the system did not help.
