Loss of channels

AT&T has failed to properly prepare for the  anticipated end of contract negotiation with Nexstar - resulting in the loss of ABC station, a MAJOR network. This continues to happen, as in the past, when other channels were removed from the lineup - as your customers continue to pay increased costs in service. We set up another TV(purchased an antennae) that would give us this basic channel for the interim - assuming we will get the channel back at some time in the future!  I think it's time to contact other providers who can provide continuing service that we PAY for and don't get with AT&T.

CBS is still not available in zip code 44224 on Directv Now.  How do I get a rate adjustment until it resumes?

You don't. Not everyone receives locals in all areas. There are no charge if you receive them or not.

I had CBS until the dispute between AT&T and CBS which took it off Directv Now a month ago.  Please advise if it will return or I will end service.

CBS was on my service prior to the dispute between AT&T and CBS.  It still has not returned.  What is the ETA negotiations at the local station?  How do I get a rate adjustment until it resumes?

Since the dispute with CBS was settled seven days ago when will we see the local CBS channel in zip code area 43026.

Its been a while, and we are very upset that a negotiation can't be reached between Nexstar and DirectTV. Here is my real problem that I am furious about...My daughter lives by Sacramento. Why have their CBS and NBC returned while we live in the California Valley and do not?  That is stupidly unfair..kindly explain it to me. My bill is the same why don't  we have it?????

721 is a not subscribed message, meaning for whatever reason the channel is not authorized. Depends on more info to troubleshoot to see if valid or technical issue.

 

First of all is this a local station owned by Nexstar Media Group? If so then there is nothing to fix as they are negotiating their next carriage deal.

 

What channel? (name and number)

Does the channel say HD?

What package do you have?

Model box?

Do all boxes have the issue or just certain ones?

Have you refreshed the service authorizations?

Red button reset on box?

Any other channels experiencing the issue?

Any additional troubleshooting you have tried?
