LiveTV not working with u-verse app for iPad

Ever since installing version 4.0.2 (build 3634) of the u-verse app for the iPad on my iPad Air 2, the LiveTV feature does not work.

 

The following is displayed:

 

Video playback could not be started. Please try again in a moment.

(LibraryManager not started)(QP1001)

 

I used this feature alot with the previous app, now neither work.

 

Frustration is compounded by lack of support for the app.

 

Any solution to get the LiveTV feature to work?

Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your no live TV situation.

It's now May 22, 2015 and still no resolution.

 

Been having e-mail exchanges with ATT Customer Care and ATT Social Care which at last response on May 12, 2015 stated:

 

"We are working on the issue, it is a known issue. I am just waiting for my network peers to find a resolution for us."

 

Current Version 4.1.2 build 3639 still has issue

I've been having the same problem with the U-Verse app on my iPad 2 for the past couple of months.  Not sure if an iOS update or a U-Verse app update caused this problem with not being able to watch Live TV anymore on my iPad.  It used to work fine.  I am VERY frustrated.  My iPad is pretty much useless now as watching Live TV on the U-Verse app was the one app I mainly used on it.
