Late Fee and TV issue

I was charged a late fee on the account. I was given the option of setting up the payment,  there should not be a late fee.

The other issue is, I want to cancel the TV portion. l never use the TV. 

Does my area of 73115 have fiber optics yet.?

The system will accept a late payment arrangement outside of the regular due date, but you'll still be charged a late payment fee. To cancel service, call 800.288.2020 and say 'Cancel'. You can see what services are available for your address at https://www.att.com/availability/.
