Is there a way to move the closed captioning lower on the screen?

I looked at all of the options on the menu tab and changed my font (lol) but couldn't move them down so they're not blocking the picture. I can make the font blue, yet I don't have the option to move the captioning.

Am I missing something or do yall truly not have a way to fix this?

Subtitle conventions aren't followed by AT&T Uverse. #wontfix

They should be 34 pixels high just above the 90% title safe-line.

https://bbc.github.io/subtitle-guidelines/

"The normally accepted position for subtitles is towards the bottom of the screen (Teletext lines 20 and 22"
