Intermittent Receiver Resets

I got a new TV and now the receiver resets a couple times a day.  All the cables are the same as with the old TV.  This is a wired receiver.  The reciever and TV have been moved about six feet away from the previous location.  I have tried with component cables and with HDMI cables with the same results.  The TV is about 3 weeks old, Samsung 55" HD, not 4K, and this problem started at about 1 1/2 weeks.  Any ideas?

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having. In the past, reset were causing by surge protector/ power strips. Check out step 2 on this article


If the above does not help, we recommend downloading our myATT app from the app store or texting myATT to 8758 to receive a link to download it. It allows you to troubleshoot in the palm of your hand and even setup a technician appointment. It is much faster than calling in.
