Intermittent AT&T U-verse TV picture and sound interruptions re. CBS network TV (West Palm Beach Channel 12)
The intermittent AT&T U-verse picture and sound interruptions* are not correctable from here using your reset procedure. I am one of a number of Florida AT&T customers having this problem receiving a continuous signal from CBS network TV (West Palm Beach Channel 12; AT&T cable designation 1012 WPECHD). The AT&T problem-reporting phone number provided by Channel 12 reporters (800-288-2021) is useless in this matter.

If you are having a problem with only one channel, it is probably a problem with the tv station transmitting to att. Try complaining to the station and the fcc.
