Incorrect programming guide

The program guide for PBS (KVIE Sacramento) is incorrect and does not align with the actual programs. I contacted PBS and they said they can only show what ATT gives them, and ATT has not provided the correct information for a lot of programming. How can this get fixed?

We'd be glad to address your concern about the programming guide for PBS, PatStew!

AT&T doesn't control the programming for any of the channels that we carry, but we understand that the guide can get back up from time to time. We recommend that you reboot your receiver to refresh the guide.

Just follow one of these two steps:

Press and hold the power button (located on the left side of the receiver) for 10 seconds
Unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet for 10 seconds is another option

If the problem persists, we recommend reaching out to PBS again to see what they can do.
