Hi. Why is it that I had Uverse at my current address until about 2010 and now that I may want it again, it know longer serves my address? Please advise.

@brookequestion - I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at AT&T Customer Care, and someone will get in touch with you.
Sometimes the address database that AT&T uses to determine if a residence can get U-Verse is messed up. Example it may say that 121 N. Main Street can get the service and 125 N. Main but not 123 N. Main. Customer Care can help.
How can we improve?
