How do I fix the "PAUSE" feature?

I have 3 sets, they work perfectly, but I can't "PAUSE" in neither one of them....Can someone contact me on my cellular *** since I have not been able to contact AT&T support.

Today is 12-28-2015, Time 9:22 PM Eastern time.....Thanks

@Ramoncito1941 - The pause feature requires a DVR. Do recordings work?

Pause will not work for a short time when you change channel.

The first step should be to try a whole house reboot to get everything in synch.

Pull power on RG, DVR & all other STBs or WAPS.

Restore RG, wait for all green

Restore DVR, wait for viewing.

Restore all others.

You are using more than one remote. The pause button could be defective on one, but unlikely on all three.

Thanks for the advice...After trying almost all of them, I got irritated and decided to call Customer Support, and after trying various = Turn this off, turn this on, I got the darn thing working the way is supposed to....What did I do? To tell you the truth, I don't really know, but it took me almost one hour of playing, disconnecting and waiting....Thanks again and have a happy 2016.....

Hi @Ramoncito1941 and Happy New Year to you, as well.  Chances are rebooting the DVR and / or  RG (Residential Gateway / Modem) more than likely resolved the issue.  Those two steps fix a lot of issues (and we used to reset the DVR's every two weeks to prevent issues but the stability has gotten so good, I no longer do that).  Once in a while though it still might be needed, as in your situation.
