HELP

We have had trouble with our Uverse receivers since installation in Dec. current trouble is the dvr is not working on any receivers. Main box is not showing red light under rec or light under link. After talking with att tech she sent out another receiver but not the main box. I believe the problem exists with it. All reboots and hard resets have resulted in same result. I know att tech customer care is inundated. I waited four hours two days in a row. I’m not complaining I’d just rather handle it here if possible. Thank you for any help you can give.
