HBO Go login

I have been trying to log into HBO Go, but I keep getting a message telling me my subscription does not include HBO Go, which it most definitely does. I have found a few people on here who have had the same problem in the past, but no answers. It does it on both my PC and my Android tablet. Any thoughts?

I have been a subscriber to HBO and Showtime for over a year.  I am suddenly not able to login to HBO Go or Showtime Anytime either online with my laptop or through the cell phone app.  It says I am not a subscriber to the networks and to contact at&t.  I spoke to someone 2 days ago who said it would be resolved and it is still an issue.  I moved a little over a month ago, I'm unsure if that has anything to do with it, but I had att come out an install cable at my new place at that same time, so Im not sure how it could be part of the issue.

When I go to www.hbogo.com, I click on sign up and then I click on AT&T UVerse, which is who I have my HBO service through.  Then I get a message that says "Sign In Error cannot sign in at this time".  What am I doing wrong?  Is there a "communication" issue between AT&T and HBO GO?

I can't log into any of my channel apps. HBO GO, showtime, TCM, max go, etc. after the initial "welcome (my e-mail), from now on, whenever we identify that you are visiting on your Uverse Home Network, we will sign you in automatically", I tap CONTINUE, then I get an error message that says "Service Error: it is not possible to sign in at this time". I have rebooted my U-verse TV, the motem, deleted and re-installed the apps, but nothing works. Please help!

I've talked to a couple of att tech support people and have been told this isn't an account issue.  However this only seems to be happening to people who have moved.  Don't understand why I'm being told it's not an account issue.  I tried suggesting deleting my account and creating a new one and I was told that wouldn't work because it wasn't the account that had the problem.  

 

I'd really like a work around for this as I use my chrome cast quite a bit when I'm out of town and am now unable to do so.  Has anyone found a work around for this?

Hello @Gdblyou,

can you try hitting No Thanks and logging in with your U-verse email and password? That would help us to know if there could be something wrong with your account.

i have tried to sign in to HBO Go on my mobile device, however, when I chose Att u-verse the app informs me the service is not available. I have HBO on my u-verse service plan. What should I do?

I go through the steps. I pick the device and provider. A message pops up that says it isn't possible to sign in at this time please try again later. Is this a uverse issue or a HBO go issue?

@JM0522   It's a known problem, they are working on it per ATT Uverse Care.  No restoration was noted. 😉

I'm having the same problem and it's been over a week since the original post... when can we expect to see this fixed as this is a part of the service we pay for?
