HBO Go login
I have been trying to log into HBO Go, but I keep getting a message telling me my subscription does not include HBO Go, which it most definitely does. I have found a few people on here who have had the same problem in the past, but no answers. It does it on both my PC and my Android tablet. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry, but would you mind posting a PUBLIC answer? I have spent over an HOUR with completely useless CSRs who were only interested in upselling the service, instead of looking for answers....
Why are we not able to activate/login to HOBGO on ATT's page, when we are paying for the service?
(Oh, btw, one of the CSRs told me a "supervisor" would call me with some kind of answer...SIX hours ago...)
Answers to paying customers would be nice.... JS

The PUBLIC answer is to contact someone who knows how to fix your account. Do so by sending a PM as reported above.

Same problem here called phone support twice was told it was a problem on HBO's side and not their fault.
Problem is the error is with ALL on demand logins, HBOGO, Showtime Anytime, MaxGO etc.
Sent support team on this forum a PM hopefully they can resolve my issue.
Has anyone else's issue been resolved yet?

I had my issue resolved. Per previous advice, send a PM through these forums and a dedicated rep will contact you.
It took a few days for them to figure it out. First they reset my online profile, but that didnt help. And then they sent me this: "We were able to find the issue. It was due to the provisioning on the account. It may have been caused by the duplicate account, but we did not see any traces of it. It was just not linking your account with HBO. We have reset it. To get back into your account, login at att.com and use the following password"
I logged in and then tested all of my on-demand logins (HBO, Showtime, etc) and they all worked.
Just a caveat that the root cause of your issues may not be the same as mine. I happened to have an older account (long story) and apparently the new one did not get connected to my on-demand profile. Suggest you work with an agent (I had better luck this way than through the phone) on these forums through a private PM.

I think your situation exactly describes mine.
I have had service with u-verse since 2011.
All my logins hbogo etc have worked fine.
I recently moved and transferred my service to my new address and that is when the problems started.
Thanks for the info Destriant hopefully it will help get my problem resolved.

I am in the same sitution and have been for two weeks now. I have contacted ATT and HBO but it's an ATT problem. They are less thn helpful and continue to make excuses.

Very frustrated,
Submitted a PM to Customer care as was suggested by others. Stating my problem.
Received a reply PM asking me to confirm if they had fixed the problem.
HBOGO, MaxGO and Showtime Anytime were all working except starzplay which I confirmed in my reply PM.
Now tonight I get home Showtime and StarzPlay are working and HBOGO AND MAXGO are not.
Can someone please fix this problem with HBOGO and MAXGO?
I sent another PM but this situation is still not fixed.
