HBO Go login

I have been trying to log into HBO Go, but I keep getting a message telling me my subscription does not include HBO Go, which it most definitely does. I have found a few people on here who have had the same problem in the past, but no answers. It does it on both my PC and my Android tablet. Any thoughts?

I recently added HBO to my uverse package, but every time I try to log into hbogo, they won't let me. It comes up with a "SIGN IN ERROR - not able to sign in right now. Please try again later." And its been doing that for over 24hrs. Already contacted HBO and they told me it must be a problem with the uverse log in page. Anyone else experience this before?

I'm having the same issues as the above. When I try to sign in it says: "SIGN IN ERROR - not able to sign in right now. Please try again later." I have HBO, and have tried HBO GO on laptop and iphone, but both say the same thing. What to do?

I also have the u450 package was gonna sign up for the android app (HBO NOW) costing $14.99 but it was cheaper to just upgrade my service but like everyone else I absolutely can not access HBO GO and getting the same error message

I just PM'd the Uverse support explaining the same issue. I find it crazy that this issue has been going on for over a year. I can't get on to HBO, Showtime, Starz, WatchESPN or any of the other TV streaming apps that require TV subscription authentication.
