HBO Go login

I have been trying to log into HBO Go, but I keep getting a message telling me my subscription does not include HBO Go, which it most definitely does. I have found a few people on here who have had the same problem in the past, but no answers. It does it on both my PC and my Android tablet. Any thoughts?

The issue still persists for me. Uninstalling/reinstalling the apps did not work. I also get the unauthorized error when using the browser on my PC as well.

Hello,

I am having problems logging into HBO GO and Max GO on any of my Android mobile devices.

- I select "Login" and choose AT&T Uverse as the provider.  Instead of the AT&T logon, I immediately receive error "HBO GO login is temporarily not available on this device. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience."

- If I select any other provider, I receive the provider login prompt as expected.

- I am able to login to HBO/Max GO and use the service on any PC.

- I have tried on 4 different Android devices (Android 4.2 through 5.1), on WiFi (TWC internet) and on Verizon LTE - same results.

- I have cleared the cache/data, and uninstalled/reinstalled the HBO/Max GO apps on all devices to no avail.

- Other services I pay for (WatchESPN, Fox Sports Go, BTN2Go, SHO Anytime, Encore/Starz, etc.) all login and work without issue on my Android devices.

This appears to be a problem with the AT&T provider logon redirect within the HBO/Max Go Android apps.

Please help!

Replied to your PM, AT&T Care.

As I posted above, this issue has nothing to do with my account. It is a problem with the HBO GO Android app communicating with AT&T to provide user authentication. The app is having s problem presenting the pass through login page to allow users to login.
