HBO GO Apple Tv
Trying to get this setup and getting Primary Account Not Yet Registered. This is a Sub-Account. To sign in with this account, please register the Primary Account first.
Someone, please help.Works great on my iphone but can't get it to work on apple tv

Hi @kcush135,
I am sorry about the issues you are having with your HBOGo app, but I will be glad to help. The app was meant to work with your primary ID only. I have seen occurrences where it has worked with a sub-account, but it was not intended to have multiple accounts registered to HBOGo. Try using your primary ID. If you are not sure of it, we can help with that.

Hi Kurt,
Have you tried resetting your Apple TV? Try restarting it, but if you can still not get the prompt to come up, then you may need to reset your Apple TV to factory default settings.
