GETTING NEW DISCOUNTS

TIPS? ATT CLAIMS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS ONCE THE DISCOUNT I HAVE EXPIRES IN A FEW WEEKS, IM (Edited per community guidelines), PRICING GOES UP HIGHER AND HIGHER EVERY YEAR! I NEVER HAVE HAD ISSUES QUALIFYING PREVIOUS TO THIS, WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

Please don't type in all-caps. It's the equivalent of yelling, plus it's really hard to read.

Call 800-288-2020 and ask for cancelations. I just picked up some discounts earlier this year. They're under no obligation to offer any and your mileage may vary from mine.

Another plan is to look at offers from other companies and use those as leverage when you call.

What happened to customer service? Nothing. There is never a requirement they give you a discount, no matter how much you might complain.

Certainly call and ask if something might be available. Sometimes they might not have anything until after an existing discount has ended (to avoid overlapping specials). But understand they are a business, not a charity so sometimes they might not be any discounts. Adjust service to within your budget. If you cannot afford it without discounts then you cannot afford it and it is your responsibility not theirs.

Typing in ALL CAPS does not change the reality.
