You must subscribe to the HD tier to receive the HD channels.
When the preview ends, the channels will automatically turn off (but not automatically hide). You should be able to save movies or other shows for later viewing.
You will not be billed for these previews.
Menu button on the remote, Options, then Hide Channels. You can go to the channel directly by typing in those numbers.
