Fox Sports Go, no programming/empty boxes

Hello,

 

When logging into the Fox Sports Go app on every platform available (Multiple web browser, multiple phones using the iOS App, Apple TV App) I successfully log in using the UVerse option, but then receive all blank boxes with no programming. I've seen this issue all over these forums and I know the issue can be resolved. I've been in multiple chat session with ATT/U-Verse no resolution and I am getting very frustrated.

 

I've reached out to the FoxSportsGo support team who investigated the authorization token that is sent by ATT/U-Verse when logging in. They found that the token being sent is the Internet Account and not the TV Account. Thus, the FoxSportsGo app is displaying no programming.

 

Yes, my TV account has the Fox Sports regional channel as the subscription, along with FS1.

 

I would like someone to look into my account (you can find my account tied to my user name, or I can PM a support personnel) and make the requested change, or I can provide additional information.
