That’s a question for Fox or Bally. My understanding is the Fox Sports Go app is supposed to work until the Bally app is released. Perhaps Bally has released their app.

Send a tweet to Bally Sports Southwest. If you're not on Twitter, maybe a Facebook post, email or phone call would do the trick. It seems the fix lies with them.
