Favorites channel

Used to be able to press the yellow triangle A button to take me directly to favorites now it only goes to 'veiw all channels"

Hi there, @smokeyharps. We understand that you are unable to use the A button command to view your favorites list. We can look at that.

In order to proceed, we need the following information:

Also, please try the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool from your TV. Here is how you do that:

Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.
Scroll down to Help, then press OK.
Select Information.
Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.
Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.
Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.
