Error code 0: failed to load resource

My Uverse keeps giving me a "Error code 0 - Failed to load resource" message about every 5-10 minutes or so. Doesn't seem to negatively affect anything but it's annoying to have to exit out of the message that often. Why is it doing that and how can I get it to stop?

Known issue.  Reboot the box, either by pulling the power out of the back of the box, wait 15 secs. and restore power or using the "restart" option on the menu page.

I have rebooted three times to no effect.  Need resolution!

AT&T knows about the issue. It seems to be very wide-spread.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we customers can do to speed along a resolution, but one is definitely coming.

This is an old thread. Instead of bumping up old threads, please look to see if another has been created (and one has.)
