Direct tv shut off my service while I was in the hospital having surgery. 😭

I can't believe how direct tv is capable of treating anyone let alone their customers like their employees have treated me for 3 days & 3 night's now. I made arrangements with direct tv and spoke to a nice lady who helped me. I told her I would pay on my bill October third when I got paid. So everything was fine or so I thought b/c when I returned home from the hospital having surgery my tv was completely off and still is. After surgery the surgeon said get plenty of rest and relax and watch tv but I'm still not able to watch any tv. I don't understand I don't know what happened after we got off the phone after we made the arrangement I have no idea. But I do know I made the arrangement because I didn't want to have anything to worry about going in to surgery or when I got home. Here I sit in the wheelchair still writing hoping and praying someone will finally treat me with the respect everyone deserves. Another day and another night without tv 😭 I don't even have local tv or anything since it's all wrapped up with direct tv. I'm just devastated. Why won't they believe me that I made my pre surgery arrangement? Why would I need to lie about something like that? What a heartbreaking experience 💔😭

Directv isn’t AT&T your in the wrong forums. Payment arrangements are done online in your account before the bill is past due not by calling customer service unfortunately now your bill must be paid to zero including any current bill for service to be restored.
