Hello.
Click Menu button on remote, Options, then Channels.   In there you’ll find the setting to edit or add favorites.   It works based on a checklist.  You can page up and down as well as use the numeric keypad to find the channel and uncheck it.

We're here to help, @DELLEVAN3!

To remove channels from your favorites list, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Press menu. Use the arrows to select options, then channel options. Press OK.

  2. Select favorite channels, and press OK. A list of all available channels will appear.

  3. Use up/down arrows to select channels.

  4. To add a channel, press OK. A check mark will appear. Press OK again to remove it.

  5. To remove all channels, use the left arrow to select uncheck all. Press OK.

  6. To see only the channels in your favorites list, select view checked. Press OK.

  7. When done, select save and press OK.

  8. To view your favorites guide, press menu. Use the arrows to select Live TV, then favorites. Press OK.

Let us know if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!

Hey look! More incorrect info from AT&T!

Number 8 makes no sense. To view favorite channels, a user simply needs to press the "up" arrow on their remote. Another way to get there is to press the "A" button which is a tiny one at the very bottom of the remote.

What Donovan wrote is fine.  A more stepwise description than what I wrote.  It does though bring attention to the very dated UI Uverse has.  Although functional, not intuitive.
