Hello. Click Menu button on remote, Options, then Channels. In there you’ll find the setting to edit or add favorites. It works based on a checklist. You can page up and down as well as use the numeric keypad to find the channel and uncheck it.

Number 8 makes no sense. To view favorite channels, a user simply needs to press the "up" arrow on their remote. Another way to get there is to press the "A" button which is a tiny one at the very bottom of the remote.

What Donovan wrote is fine. A more stepwise description than what I wrote. It does though bring attention to the very dated UI Uverse has. Although functional, not intuitive.
