customer support admits number 1 complaint is no guide or dvr control via the web, more or less recordings to go... this is 2020?

how long has it been....

i just called uverse tech support and they said there number one complaint is no guide and recording via the web.. .. more or less taking recordings to go like comcast... [EDITED] . who runs this company????

switching back to comcast has been a long time coming, been milked for too long...

Looking forward to no random outages in the middle of the day and much faster speed....

Hello,

U-Verse has been shifting to Directv, and more recently AttTV (see availability at att.com/tv) and the features you are looking for are on those platforms. Specifically on AttTV, there's a 500 Hour cloud DVR included to watch content at home or away on mobile devices.
