CNBC Application

I can't access videos anymore on CNBC application. It says I need high speed internet for access. I already have it!

What's the problem?

Hi, @chiefdore.

We are here to help.

Are you getting any error codes, when you login to the app or watch a show?

Have you tried resetting your password?

We suggest resetting your password and waiting a full 24 hours so that it refreshes your account.

Let us know if this works.

@ATTCares I'm talking about U-verse TV chnl 1218, ( CNBC Application ). Look up on top and you'll see My Stocks, Hot stocks, Videos, etc, Now, when I try to access the videos listed, it now says I need U-verse high speed internet to access the videos. I already have HSI . My neighbor has the same problem! I'm guessing this is a universal problem? Please help. :-)

@chiefdore In addition, why does watching a tv video care what my internet is?
