Closed Captions
When I try to set up Closed Captions using the controls for my TV, nothing happens, regardless of what setting I choose. Is there something in U-verse that has to be enabled in order to displat Closed Captions on my TV screen? One would think that there would be a bit more respect for those with disabilities. Why is this so ... compicated???

MrGaleB.56 - U-verse does not pass CC over HD. If you want to use your TV CC you need to connect component & set the aspect to SD widescreen.
Or use the CC generated by u-verse - Press the ENTER/ZOOM button located at the bottom right of the remote number pad. If you have the old release the CC button is a few clicks down. If you have the release that is currently in rollout the CC selection is at the top of the menu.
