Channels Missing in Channels List

Trying to set up a favorites list from among all channels, I noticed a few channels were missing from the Channels List, for example Animal Planet HD.  Why isn't the Channels list COMPLETE?  Is there a way to FORCE an un-seen channel to be listed?  I checked, and the channels are NOT marked as hidden.

I'm assuming that you're looking for it at 1252.  It may have gotten lost on the last channel update you received for your VHO.  I'd try rebooting your TV Receiver.  If that doesn't fix it, I'd strongly suggest that you click this AT&T logoU-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your issue with the HD version of Animal Plant. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope envelope  in the upper right hand corner of this site, next to your name and avatar) in a business day or three.

This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including your Billing Account Number, and the best time and way to reach you.

Although I never re-booted either the offending receiver or my home router, a few minutes later, all by itself, the 'missing' channels were back in the Channels List.  Strange!  Before they re-appeared, I tried to "see" them several times, even by removing the app and re-downloading it again.  But I am still being prompted with a "Loading more channels...Please wait" message when I select the Favorites tab.  This message never closes, and I have to select Cancel to close it, and my Favorites are fully populated.  This has been an ongoing problem with the app.  Maybe it is related to not populating the Channel List properly?
