Can't use my AT&T username and password on

When I go to it gives me an Error 400-2 saying it can't verify my provider.

When I push U-Verse on and put in my username and password, AT&T says "We are sorry, but you are not authorized to access this web site. Please verify you are authorized and re-enter your User ID and Password."  Can anyone help with how to troubleshoot?

We'd love to help you here! Are you sure you're using the correct member ID to sign in? To be sure, please get your correct ID.

We also suggest that you try going through and see if you can watch it that way.
