Can’t see any channels below 100 on app
When I go on my DIRECTV app all I have access to is some of the channels in my subscription. I have no access to any channel below 100. I have made sure my receiver is connected to my network, made sure my receiver is connected in the app, checks for app updates, and deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing has fixed this problem. This has been an ongoing issue for months and we can’t figure it out. We are often not home on the weekends and like to watch the NASCAR races live. I used to be able to do this when I had DIRECTV at my previous address but since switching to his address we have had no luck and it’s quite frustrating. Any additional fixes you can recommend is appreciated. Thank you.
