Can't connect to receiver using iPhone app

When I try to connect to 2 of 3 receivers I get a message saying it can't connect to that receiver. Error code: [6000]. What do I need to do?

Hi @Gland24,

 

We are sorry about the issues you are having trying to use your iPhone for your receivers. It sounds like you are trying to use the app where you can control the receivers with your phone. If so, if you get that error, there may be an issue with the receiver you are connecting to. The common cause could be the receiver is actually not there, or the receiver may be defective. Try uninstalling/reinstalling the app to make sure the receivers being shown are accurate. If still having issues, try restarting your gateway and your receivers.
