Cannot access Max Go with my HBO Go login
When I try to access MAX GO on my home network with my HBO GO login, I get the error Affiliate Acount Exists. I do not get a you are not subscribed message and I am a subscriber. The app does recognize me and that I am on my home network.
And while I am here I'm also going to say how annoyed I am that there is no MAX app for Roku

Send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and explain exactly what's going on and any error messages you may be getting. Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
