Can not fast forward, rewind or pause.

When we try to fast forward, rewind or pause a message comes up that says the dvr is either unplugged or not working. What do I need to do. Thanks

Unplug the DVR and the gateway.

Plug the gateway back in and wait for lights to stop blinking.

Plug the DVR back in.

If resetting doesn't work, call 800-288-2020 and ask for technical support. You have 30 days to return the old one via FedEx or UPS.
