cable not working right

my cable keeps turning itself off in the middle of watching a show. I have tried all trouble shooting and it still does it.

Call 800-288-2020 and ask for tech support.

You can try a non-disaster recovery. They can tell you how. If they send you a new box and it's the DVR, your recordings will be lost, but scheduled recordings will remain. Your hidden channels will have to be re-hidden.
