buffring of movies (cutting on and off)

watch Netflix wirh at&t U-verse via fire stick. All movies cut on anf off every min or so. Spoke with Netflix and they walked me throught process and determined tv not getting enough gigs to watch need 5 getting 0.055 can you fix your problem?

What internet plan do you have?

 

How many devices do you have connected to your internet?

 

We recommend that you reboot your gateway to reinitialize everything.

 

You can also use our Smart Home Manager App to check your devices on your network as well as be able to run network diagnostic tests.
