Bill Maher is back

Bill Maher is back on Friday evenings with his Real Time show.

And of course, AT&T TV guide does not have this correct and did not record last Friday's show, thinking it was a repeat.

How to get this corrected?

You will need to set up the recording manually if the guide is not correct.

Real Time went on hiatus (as did many live talk shows), with no knowledge if and when they would return on air.

It should be understandable that at this time, programming is not set in stone and therefore the guide can have mistakes.

Disagree. You may be a volunteer who enjoys working for nothing and as such, I count myself luck if I wind up getting a meaningful and useful reply from someone here, instead of the usual snark, such as your response.

When I pay for something, like my TV and DVR service, I expect to get professional level service, which means that

AT&T should have someone monitoring for this fluid information and staying on top of it.

That would be a cool job. What would be the job title? Guide Monitor? Programming Observor? Would it be a permanent position or temporary? I wonder how much it would pay? Are they taking applications?

Apparently, SNL has started producing new episodes. But thanks to lame AT&T, my weekly recording did not get triggered because AT&T is too dumb to keep up with what is on their own network. Whew.

@Jojobeme99 My DVR recorded the 4/11 SNL episode titled "Saturday Night Live At Home". I cannot address why your DVR did not record it. Do you have Uverse TV or DirecTV? I have Uverse.

That being said, it should be available On Demand in the next few days.

Lame AT&T keeps screwing up. Wednesday evening, they recorded 1/2 of Survivor and on Thursday, didn't recognize that the Jimmy Kimmel show was not a repeat.

You know, I read on the news today that the CEO of PG&E resigned. The CEO of AT&T should consider doing the same.

There's something going on with your DVR because my DVR recorded all of Survivor on Wed. night.

Have you rebooted your DVR?
