Authorization Denied El101: User not authorized

I am having an issue with Fox News Live.

I can watch it fine on the uverse.com site.

On my windows xp laptop I can also go to 

http://video.foxnews.com/v/1241186546001/fox-news-channel/#sp=watch-live

and watch fox news live there as well.

However on my windows vista laptop

I can watch it fine on the uverse.com site.

however when I go to

http://video.foxnews.com/v/1241186546001/fox-news-channel/#sp=watch-live

on that machine

I get the error:

Authorization Denied El101: User not authorized

I have a similar problem on my iphone

I can watch foxnews live on the uverse ap

but when I go to the foxnews ap

I get the same error

Authorization Denied El101: User not authorized

in fact I get the same error on the TNT ap as well..
