Audio delay after changing channels.

Recently we have started getting an audio delay (about 2 second) when changing channels on out DVR. All other boxes are just fine. We have not changed anything, same TV cables everything. Not sure if it was caused by a software update but it just started out of the blue. Anyone else experience this and have a possible solution??

Try rebooting the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.).  If that doesn't fix it reboot the gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and after that the dvr again.
