AT&T U-verse seems to be a rip off.

I currently have Internet fiber and U-verse u 200 besides affect my bill seems to be never the same and always getting larger.  To my complete shock when I try to stream many different shows in my own home I couldn’t believe the lack of available shows and networks. When I called  I was told that I would have to add another streaming package along with my already very bloated and extremely over priced Internet and TV.  What reasoning could you possibly have to justify charging people that already pay for these shows on their cable  Service and you think it’s fair to charge them here Nother service if they want to stream certain shows the networks.  I switch to AT&T because I was promised that AT&T was a more professional company and fair.  I have never had such a problem with customer service, my actual Internet and TV service, and my overall experience with AT&T as a Internet and TV provider is less than I expected.  When I called to get help half the time I am a customer service people seem to think that I have something to do with why your company can provide services your customers are paying for.  Because of such poor customer service and even poor product service I am going to have to switch to another provider, most likely Xfinity because I have dealt with you guys for two years and almost every time I talk to you guys I get different excuses. This is the most  frustrating company I have ever dealt with. You guys can’t even keep your DIRECTV and U-verse services separate half the time when I go to login the things I have your other service DIRECTV and then other times it’s seem to think that I have U-vers you guys can’t even keep your DIRECTV and U-verse services separate half the time when I go to login the things I have your other service DIRECTV and then other times it’s seem to think that I have U-verse e. From David there I don’t know if I’m going to be or to use the Internet that I pay way too much for her and I can’t believe how awful your TV service has become. I had text all here multiple times I’ve called customer service and no one can seem to give me a clear answer on why my service never works right and why my bill is never consistent and why my bill has grown  from David there I don’t know if I’m going to be able to use the Internet that I pay way too much for and I can’t believe how awful your TV service has become. I had text out here multiple times I’ve called customer service no one can seem to give me a clear answer why my service never works right and why my bill is never consistent and why my bill has grown large Larger and larger over time. All I want is what I pay you for it that easy.  Just a quick look through your forms and it is pretty obvious that you have eyes are trying to push multiple different services that all do the same thing. I would love just one service that work the way I was promised.  I would really like some type of follow-up but I’m truly not expecting much.

Terrible rip-off. Starting price they say is a flat rate plus tax, but then slowly they start adding fees and collecting your money without even adding any additional services. When you call and ask why they’re increasing your bill, they can’t give a straight answer and derail the conversation.

Also, why is the fam all tv package $200 per month when all I get is sales tv and porn stations, tv shows, movies that are 3 decades old that I have to pay extra for? What costs $200? 20 shows that you can watch and one day the subscription description will say that “I am not subscribed to this channel” anymore because I watch it every time it’s on, so I know that it in fact, WAS included in my bundle. Long story short, they take channels away without you knowing it, and it is a complete waste of money. Do not use their services at any cost. Just invest in a decent TV and pay for HULU and Netflix.

AT&T has no control over the content of the channels.

What channels were taken away? There was a free preview that recently ended. This was a preview, so no, they didn't really take anything away.

I get U-300, HD and 1000 Mbps internet and pay nowhere near $200. Perhaps a call to billing will help you figure out your bill.

And what will you do when Hulu changes their packages because their contracts with companies like Scripps and Comcast dictate they do so?
