ATT Service
Last year you removed the NFL Network and we saw no rate reduction. Now ATT an Tegna can't reach an agreement on our local news channels. When are you going to start giving us the service we are paying for ? I'm just about to cancel all my services with ATT. You better get your stuff together ATT ! Fix it or give us our money back for the channels we don't get !

The NFL Network has been gone for close to two years because the NFL wants Sunday Ticket to be on more providers. They've since added more channels.
I went to my online account manager last night and was given the option of a $20 credit on top of my previous discounts that I called in and received.

terms of service (8. INTERRUPTIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE). You are paying for a TV service, not specific individual channels.
