Add a subchannel to the Uverse lineup?

I want to make a subchannel suggestion/request, please?

MOVIES! TV Network

I know it’s an O-T-A channel, and AT&T doesn’t broadcast OTA channels. All of my personal efforts have been unsuccessful with tuning in, like the purchase of an amplified HD long-range tv antenna, the whole bit. Nada!!!
