Go to https://www.directv.com/tvpromise/ to request a one time credit of $10.

First of all you posted in the wireless forum which is not for TV service. If you have DirecTV it's not owned by AT&T anymore or at least not entirely which means you're really in the wrong place.

And despite the list of stations that were offered when you signed up, there was also a disclaimer saying that there was no guarantee that all those stations could be provided. What that means in short is the price is the price and you have to pay it, what they provide, if you don't like it, you have to quit and go to another service provider who may or may not provide it either.

How about you blame ABC for being so stingy. After all none of the networks are paying talent or writers because of the sag strike.

@NancyNobles  If you've been following these forums you'll know that Nexstar, who owns your local affiliate (ABC), is in carriage fee negotiations with AT&T. They are the one who pulled the network feed, not AT&T. They did so in hopes that they could force AT&T to meet their very high carriage fee demands.

This happens to all providers eventually so jumping ship isn't going to protect you from it happening again with your new provider. The only way to guarantee that you will not lose your local stations is to use an antenna (OTA).

I believe that there is a $10 credit you can apply for but that's it. Just keep in mind that if you read all of your TOS you'll see that AT&T, or any provider for that matter, guarantees local television service but not specific channels, for this very reason.
