Please tell me if my HBO MAX subscription is still supported by AT&T.

I've not been able to get into HBO MAX about one month.  I have an unlimited premium account

Hello @emm, we are here to help you log back into your HBO Max!


The unlimited premium plan comes with HBO Max.


Check out our article on to sign into HBO Max.

You can also try reinstalling the app to get the latest version of the application. Next, reset your AT&T password and attempt to log back into your HBO Max through us. 


Try logging in your HBO Max through your web browser. Clear your cookies and cache on your browser settings to reset your online access. Lastly, try switching browsers to refresh your online access.


Please make sure to set up your HBO Max again before logging in, follow the prompts under set up HBO Max for AT&T Unlimited Elite and Unlimited & More Premium customers. For other select AT&T Unlimited plans, follow prompts under sign in and stream HBO Max
