I have been paying for HBO max for months but haven't been able to use it

  • What error messages are you receiving that confirms that HBO Max isn't working for you?
  • What's the make and model of your device and the current AT&T plan that you're on? This will help us confirm if your current plan and device is compatible with HBO Max.
  • Was HBO Max previously working for you before or have you never accessed the app before?
