HBO max

I have tried everything but still Hbo says my account is expired.  I have had “help” from att associates who always say “someone will get back to you with 72 hours.”  It’s been past three weeks now and I still can’t access hbo max.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @Nscott1011! We are aware of the trend with customers not being able to log in and stream on the HBO Max app.

 

Our technicians are engaged and working towards a resolution. In the meantime, make sure to check that you are subscribed to one of these packages or plans so that you get access to HBO Max at no extra charge.

 

Some of our customers who weren't able to stream HBO Max found that they weren't subscribed to an eligible plan or package. If you are not signed up, you can still get it!

  • Upgrade to an AT&T plan or package that includes HBO Max or choose it as an add-on. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Then, choose your service and follow the prompts to update your package or plan.
  • Sign up directly at HBO Max who will bill you for the service separately.
